Challenge:
Providing Security Gates for this luxury building with mixed topography.
Solution:
Fabricate and install a bi-parting wrought iron swing gate at the guard house/property entrance and a bi-parting swing gate with custom uphill operating arms.
Result:
From a flat surface to an incline leading to the property entrance required us to fabricate each security gate to meet the challenges of the property’s grade.
Our proposal included fabricating each gate to the architect’s design and installing a Door King barrier gate operator with a 3-button control station at the guardhouse entry and fabricating a second bi-parting swing gate using Elite swing gate operators with custom uphill arms.
